Alleviated Diabetes, Lowered Cholesterol, Lowered Blood Pressure

I was diagnosed with Type II borderline diabetes, and elevated levels of cholesterol and blood pressure. I knew that I had to take better care of my health in addition to watching my diet to prevent me from having to take pills and advancing my disease. I had met Carolyn at a networking group that we both attended, and had listened to her excitement about her newly found liquid nutrition. Because I am cautious by nature, I listened to the information that she shared with the group, and after several months I figured I have nothing to lose by trying this "juice".

After about 4 - 5 months of being faithful to drinking this natural supplement, I was shocked when the doctor told me of my latest blood workup results. My bad cholesterol count dropped, my high blood pressure was gone, and my sugar levels were in the normal range. Needless to say, I was in seventh heaven!

Reduced Allergies

Because it is allergy season here in PA, we have been taking double doses of Body Balance throughout the tree pollens season. We are just now in the middle of the grasses. True to when I first took Body Balance, I was able to get by with no symptoms on the double dose without any allergy pills (save 3 days) all 4 weeks of the tree season.

Well, since our oldest 2 girls are now on adult doses, we ran out of our 8-pack 8 days ago. "No sweat," I figured. "I suppose I can get by for a week until our next autoship comes. Besides, I'm more reactive to the tree pollens, anyway. Grasses shouldn't be any big deal."

Two days after no Body Balance, I started having small symptoms of allergies: itchy eyes, runny nose every so often. Four days after no Body Balance, the symptoms got serious enough that I went back on Allegra and began taking 2 hour naps in the afternoon. Darryl (my husband), who was also now showing similar signs of fatigue with some post nasal drip, started saying, "Did you get the shipping confirmation for the 8-pack yet?"

Yesterday, I took an Allegra and Claritin AND a nap, and still had to stay home from my son's ball game with sneezing, watery eyes and blowing my nose. This morning, I was putting some stuff out by the curb and I saw the UPS truck coming down the street. As if he might be delivering a solid hunk of gold bullion, I clasped my hands to my chest and started praying, "Please, please, please..." He pulled up to our curb and I told him that I had never been so happy to see a UPS man in my life. He quickly gave Elisabeth the 8-pack and I wished him a good holiday.

Now, here's the funny part - Darryl, who is working from home today, and all 5 of the kids RAN OUT TO MEET ME AT THE CURB. We all started, hurriedly, for the house, and Darryl told Elisabeth (with the BB) that she needed to get it in gear. I got to the kitchen and had the knife in hand to open the case before she was able to put it down on the stove.

We all started to laugh because we realized we were all acting like coke addicts! I quick opened a bottle and we all started to measure out our double dose and drink, although we were laughing so hard that we were acting so passionately about getting it in our bodies that it was hard to drink.

It is now 5 hours later. I only now just came in from the 88 degree heat and humidity that I've been cleaning my garage in. I have NO allergy symptoms...no runny nose, no congestion, no sneezing, no post nasal drip, and no fatigue!

Increased Energy, Calmer Emotional State

I have been taking Body Balance for at least nine months now. My average workweek is about 75 hours. I am absolutely convinced that Body Balance has given me the energy I need to help me through the long hours of work.

However, what I love the most is how it helps to keep my emotional state calmer. There has been a time or two where I have forgotten to take it, and within a few days I can notice a huge difference not only in my energy but especially my emotional state.
